Our systems primarily collect mobility metadata—patterns of movement, vehicle density, average speeds, and pedestrian flow. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as facial images, license plate numbers, or individual mobile device IDs unless explicitly required for a specific, user-consented service (like autonomous pod hailing).

All raw data collected through our IoT sensors is processed at the 'Edge.' This means that individual identifiers are stripped and anonymized locally at the sensor node. Only the resulting metadata—such as "15 vehicles passed through this intersection heading North"—is transmitted to our Cloud Control Room. This ensures that even in the event of a network compromise, no individual identity can be reconstructed from our datasets.

2. Data Usage & Kinetic Intelligence

The anonymized data we collect is used exclusively for the purpose of architecting urban kinetic intelligence. This includes:

• Optimizing traffic signal timings to reduce congestion.
• Predicting and preventing bottlenecks in the metropolitan grid.
• Managing energy load across EV charging networks.
• Coordinating the movement of autonomous transit pods.
• Improving urban safety through automated incident detection.

We do not sell, rent, or lease urban mobility data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Any data shared with city authorities or research partners is strictly for infrastructure planning and public transit optimization.

3. Security Infrastructure

VeloCity Flux employs military-grade security protocols to protect the metropolitan data fabric. Our infrastructure is built on decentralized edge computing, which minimizes the impact of potential security breaches. All data transit is protected by end-to-end 256-bit AES encryption.

Our server environments are monitored 24/7 by dedicated security teams and AI-driven intrusion detection systems. Regular third-party audits are conducted to ensure our systems meet or exceed international security standards. We maintain a strict internal 'Least Privilege' access policy, ensuring that only essential personnel have access to sensitive system controls.

4. User Rights & Transparency

While most of our data collection is at the aggregate city level, any individual using our direct services (such as the VeloPod app) has full rights over their personal data. This includes the right to:

• Receive a portable copy of their personal data.

Citizens can request a 'Mobility Data Report' from their local city authority to understand how VeloCity Flux intelligence is being used in their specific district. We believe that public trust is built through radical transparency.
