These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VeloCity Flux. Whether you are an individual commuter, a corporate partner, or a municipal entity, your use of our services signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platforms or services.

2. Use of Mobility Services

Our mobility services, including the VeloPod autonomous shuttle system and EV charging hubs, are intended for use in accordance with local municipal regulations and traffic laws. Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts and are responsible for maintaining the security of their access credentials. VeloCity Flux reserves the right to suspend service to any user who violates safety protocols or misuses our infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, designs, and branding associated with VeloCity Flux are the exclusive property of VeloCity Flux. This includes our proprietary Urban Kinetic Intelligence engine and the 'Flux' energy management system. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our technology without explicit written consent from our legal department.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

While VeloCity Flux strives for 100% accuracy and availability in our predictive models and transport systems, urban environments are inherently unpredictable. VeloCity Flux provides its services 'as is' and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our mobility solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in travel or fluctuations in EV charging availability due to metropolitan grid conditions.

5. Data Privacy & Ethics

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to ethical data practices and the anonymization of metropolitan movement patterns. By using our services, you consent to the collection of anonymized metadata as described in our privacy documentation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

7. Modifications to Terms

VeloCity Flux reserves the right to update these terms as our technology and the regulatory landscape for smart mobility evolve. We will notify users of significant changes via our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
